| 659860 | 2008-04-18 00:04:00 | Hi guys. I have a list in an excell spreadsheet of contact names and addresses. It is broken into geographical areas. I add and delete names frequently. Every time I add or delete a row the sheet expands or contract as normal. I need to keep the areas on seperate pages (for printing by non Excell recipients))but every time a name is added or deleted the data over flows onto the next page and i have to insert or delete blank lines to keep the areas on seperate pages. What I need is to lock the area headings at top of pages so that overflow inserts or deletes a blank page ahead of the locked Area page. Dont want to put the areas on a seperate sheets(trying to keep it simple) Sound comlex but cant explain it easier. Thanks in advance. Cheers Colin |
