| 368439 | 2005-07-03 22:20:00 | ah still the most amusing thing I like to see is other techs who have never encountered a Mac before.Well *MY* answer for that (before I got one to play with) was "I'm not qualified to work on that". If people are paying you to be there you shouldn't waste their time learing a new OS on the fly. The best problem I had to solve was "My Email takes 30 min to load." and it really did. opening the email client (which was an old version of eudora, I think) took 30 min. It turns out that the client email client was one of the old school 1 window for the program, then a bunch of sub windows within that window programs. So when he opened an email it created a new sub-window. But here's the thing. He had never closed any of the subwindows. So every time he opened his email it opened every email he had ever read.
