2005-06-26 22:11:00 | Since there was posted a 20's and 30' music site (and they are GOOD! TY!), and as I am sitting here I listen to KD-RADIO and KDSK oldtime 50's, 60's, 70's, and a minor amount of 80's music (http://www . kdradio . com/) from California . This is an audio site only, like the old US Top 40 stations, only without the commercials . I just save the station in Windows Media Player (which they use, not RealSlayer) . If anyone needs to get the info on how to put streaming sites into WMP . . . ask . . . either some F1-er or I can tell you how . There is one other site that I really like too: Kulak's Woodshed, live (Fri/Sat) from Santa Monica, CA ( . kulakswoodshed . com/) You never know who will show up on this very informal coffee house . This is a 24/7" target="_blank">www . kulakswoodshed . com/) You never know who will show up on this very informal coffee house . This is a 24 audio/video site with real time cameras and music . It is in Santa Monica (CA) and operates a streaming site all week long, just running re-runs when it's not truly live .

2005-06-28 00:19:00 | I'd love to listen to it SurferJoe but I'm not installing WMP on my Mac for all the tea in China. :xmouth: | Sue (33) | |
2005-06-28 05:27:00 | Sue...if it's just a Mac thing, then OK, but if there are other difficulties with WMP. please let me know. I have my own problems with RealPlayer and others, but so far (6 years+) I have had no problems with WMP...is it just the source or is there a technical reason?

2005-06-28 06:54:00 | vinref: I dunnow..I never tried as I am very happy with WMP.....but a firm "maybe"? | SurferJoe46 (51) | |
2005-06-29 08:09:00 | WMP only as far as I can make out on the Radio site. If I could just Drag & Drop WMP in the trash to uninstall as I can with everything else on my Mac, including iTunes, I would install it. As WMP is a very bad mannered visitor that scatters all sorts of rubbishy bits & pieces through the Operating System I will not invite it to stay :-)
