660614	2008-04-20 09:20:00	Today did a backup on DVD using cdburnerxp of my messages from Outlook Express and also address book - totalling some 2.96Gig which properties in Explore shows. However in trying to view these from the DVD only the message directories from A to AM show, those directories from B to Z do not show. This is despite refreshing the page, re-booting the PC etc, etc. Quite bizarre ! Why does the other messages, which seem obviously stored on the DVD, not show ?? Misty :confused:	Misty (368)

Possibly Misty is NOT using Outlook as opposed to Outlook Express. I would try to help but I use Outlook and therefore can not answer the question as it would appear to relate to Outlook Express. Hi Sweep Yes - I do use Outlook Express. There are just nine folders from Outlook Express showing in the backup copy all titled at the very beginning of the alphabet. One folder is titled Acronis and Properties show 198Kb. On the PC the files that make up a folder entitled Acronis total 119Kb and while there is a difference they seem a reasonable match size wise. But why are the other folders not showing ? I did a verify on cdburnerxp and it specified that everything had worked okay. Misty :confused:	Misty (368)
