2005-07-06 11:48:00 | Greetings, Tradef1 is uploaded and functional though currently in Beta stage. Please treat the next few days as a testing period, register, list and delete items at will and leave any feedback or bugs in the tradef1 forum. Keep in mind that it is in beta, we expect a few hicups and will be applying polish as time progresses. I would apreciate if people would refrain from name hijacking but as those that are likely to do such things aren't going to care what I think if you see your name being used PM via this forum and I will kill the account. It maybe an idea for people to sign up and take ownership of there names even if they don't intend to use the site at all or in the near future. The catagories listed on the left won't show up untill items are listed in them to save people trawling through empty catagories. I would like to stress that this site is for everyone, including those who have already declared they will boycott it. Everyone is welcome. So sign up and put it through its paces.

2005-07-06 12:19:00 | Congratulations metla but I can't log in. I've registered but maybe it's because I've got a yahoo.com address. Well i can understand it can take a bit of time to get a response. Not an issue OK. These things happen, .may be your end may be mine.. Will have another look at my emails. \\m | mark c (247) | |
2005-07-06 12:28:00 | hmmm.....Your account is activated from my end, and an email should have been sent to you so you can activate it from your end. Probally better if we put any issues in the tradef1 forum, it will make it far easier to keep a track of. I can only suggest you keep any eye out for that email and if its not there within a reasonable period to give me another yell (ill let you decide what a reasonable period is) I have passed along your issue, but it seems Max Power is now watching teh league....

2005-07-06 12:32:00 | I can confirm registration does work. I actually did mine (for fun) back in March & my hardest job with it tonight was remembering what password I used then... I even left a comment for the site builders. P.S. What's this about emails? I didn't get one of those. Or is this something between U2?

2005-07-06 12:38:00 | You need to register on the actual tradef1 site in order to list items or contact the sellers, this is seperate from the forums on tradef1. | Metla (12) | |
2005-07-06 12:44:00 | Aha..Silly me. Though I guess my post may help someone else who doesn't realise registration comes double...

2005-07-06 20:41:00 | There does seem to be a bit of a lag in the signing up process.... I signed up 15 minutes ago, with a ".co.nz" address as stated, and still have no email... Must put this in the tradef1 forum too..... :)
