Nearly fell off me chair but Hubby is saying we may go to Wellington in the school hols, dont know what dates, so where to stay? he has stayed at Hutt park before so maybe we go there? and what to do with the tribe? in wellington we will have extra's with us by the sounds of it . remember kidlets city so be sensible in ideas please . and ill give advance warning and you can clear the city, so no beetle invasions, damage will happen promise . :lol: anyway this may not happen, but the seed of an idea has been planted . . beetle |

My brother used to have a garbo round and I was his relief driver when I was at varsity. Went there lots of times. | 369210 | 2005-07-04 10:16:00 | Buy a day rover ticket and ride the electric trains, Take the ferry to Soames island, Visit the wind turbine at Brooklyn, stroll round Cuba St. Try one of the theaters for a live preformance, at least one of them should have a kids show on, If you ride the cable car and you should visit the cable car museum, the Carter obsevatory then walk down through the botanic gardens, it has a good kids playground, visit the city museum at queens wharf,take a walk round the wharves to Oriental Bay. | tutaenui (1724) | ||

I was planning on going to Wellington for a couple of days to see Te Papa Museum, getting down there and finding some good quality, close cheap-moderatly priced motels is hard though.
