369186 2005-07-04 04:42:00 That Aussie actor, Russell Crowe, who acted like a total pig by throwing a telephone at a hotel concierge, has seen his movie, The Cinderella Man drop faster than the ducking concierge. Story is here (entertainment.news.com.au). People disgusted by his behaviour are boycotting the movie, and some theatres are refunding patrons who did not like the movie.

A little while back he had dinner with Eric Watson, the former owner of Whitcoulls and the Warriors league team, in London. He called the Warriors a bunch of "coconuts" and Watson beat him up, the pussy.

He wouldn't replace the phone. I'm not saying he deserved to have a phone thrown at a wall near him, but he sure deserved a rark up.

Yes I am. Have you read ANY of the news about what happened?

"After asking the front desk several times to replace a faulty phone in his room - and getting only attitude from the clerk on duty, Crowe brought the phone down to the front desk in an effort to address the situation in person,"

www.abc.net.au

I haven't read anything that disagrees that the phone was faulty.
