370046 2005-07-07 10:08:00 I tried the log-in earlier as a test, worked just fine using a throw-away Orcon.net address I keep for such purposes. Email was promptly received, all worked well.

Eudora did identify the incoming email as Junk for some unknown reason and assigned it to the junk folder. Wonder if thats happening to other email or ISP junk filters and is the root cause of poor beetles dilemma?

The site looks very good Metla, a job well done.

Any relation to Austin?

370049 2005-07-07 11:44:00 I also think it needs a 'wanted' section. Otherwise it is brilliant. I was rather annoyed about needing a .co.nz address, but I see the reasons, so it doesnt matter that much.

Now I just need some flotsam to sell on there :)

370050 2005-07-07 11:53:00 A wanted section is in the works, at the moment you can just put "wanted to buy" in the title.

Other bugs are being worked on at the moment,as well as a backup activation process for those accounts that have failed, This apears to be because the mail is triggering filters.

For anyone that has had that happen, If they have any idea why it triggered the filter we would love to know, We have fired it through a couple and it came through so need to look a little deeper into the issue.

370053 2005-07-07 12:03:00 Didn't you say earlier in the thread that you managed to log-in to the site?

And I see you have created an account on the forum so can you log-on to that alright?

We shall sort it Beetle, If the combined might of the Firefox devs couldn't build a Beetle proof browser then we had little chance with the site....

Muhahahaha.

Just kidding with ya, It will be sorted, Just not tonight, its been a hectic day so far.....

370054 2005-07-07 12:05:00 I wonder if redirecting IE users to a firefox or Opera download page would be poor public relations..... :p Metla (12)
