| 661159 | 2008-04-22 04:58:00 | Greetings, I've been having some problems with my laptop, and have come to the conclusion that a clean install is something I need to do some time soon. I can uninstall all of the applications on my laptop except office 2007 which tells me that the installation is corrupted and that I need my installation disk to uninstall. Problem is, that still doesn't work. I have found a tediously long and complex process and listed on the Microsoft Web site which tells you how to do a manual uninstall. Looks like two to three hours worth of fine print. I spoken to M.S. who tell me that if I have the retail version of the office 2007, I can simply reformat and then re install office 2007. Can anyone tell me where I can find out whether or not I have a retail licence or not? All help gratefully received. |

Retail gives you the CD & Product key |
