372403 2005-07-15 03:52:00 Which one would you suggest?
I did a search via pricespy but Lexar didn't come up. Are this just due to unpopular demand? Ascent has both brands, flashcards.co.nz has only Sandisk Cruz.

I would be looking at 128/256MB.

Thanks.

372404 2005-07-15 04:02:00 I haven't got a USB pen drive anymore (stupid plastic keyring attachemnts ....) and the one I did have was a no-name brand. But I have a couple of SanDisk CF cards for the digicam and have been really happy with them. Biggles (121)
372405 2005-07-15 05:17:00 Neither really matters, personally I just go for low-cost RunDisk ones and have never had a problem! Chilling_Silence (9)
372406 2005-07-15 06:29:00 I would look at the one with a nice narrow body to it. There is nothing worse than having the PC case surrounding too close to the port thereby preventing the insertion of the USB pen drive. Some also come with a USB extension cord which is handy for those PC's with only rear access USB ports. Go for the larger size as well, it is much more useful. :) Jen (38)
372407 2005-07-16 06:05:00 Well, I am not so sure now. They are smaller but I may just use my 512MB CF mem card with its free USB reader thingy. Saves me getting the USB pen drive thingy. I may still get it thou its so portable and I just need a handful of space to print documents certainly not gonna use pix with it thou... Thanks for that, the store provides a extension cord with all pen drives, I have a laptop so I prob leave that cord at home.

I went into a store today, am I dumb or what, I must of read a old catalogue and the price had gone up .. May just take my larger digicam to travel now then .. (also). May wifi would be nice when possible flatmates have broadband, I'll just dip in to finance the internet with them ..

Thanks :)
