If she presses Ctrl-Alt-Del, does task manager open?? If she goes to start/run and types in regedit, does regedit open? Thats if shes using XP |

Remember to select all options under the utilities menu If either of these, dont pick up anything, it may pay for her to post a HJT log There's not much else we can do if she doesnt |

This site is great.... better than the ones on the trademe message boards, never had any luck with them! :D ;) Thanks again!! |
