| 661312 | 2008-04-22 10:27:00 | Got a PC here that has all the symptoms of a botnet infection, but nothing has come up in a Spyware Doctor scan, and Kaspersky has only found 3 instances of Trojan.Wimad. Any thoughts? Which looks like it exploits DRM in Windows As it says here (www.symantec.com) And it looks like trojan.wimad may install I.search (www.symantec.com) Follow what it says on the above site to remove I.search. Altho TR may remove this as well. Its in its database If TR doesnt find anything in the normal scan, go to file / scan a drive, highlight c and click on start scan Then select all options under the utilities menu |
