Instead he will get special treatment like all the other creatins, and put in a SPECIAL place where they hope to rehabilitate him, me personally think he would have a better chance of rehabilitation in general population, he he he Slightly off topic, but there was a survey done on sex offenders of the young, and the biggest group came from religous faith, but we can't tar everyone with the same brush, just as not every camel jockey is going to blow them selves up,... |

So raping young girls is only punished four and a half times more than a punch in the mouth which was nothing worse than what happens on the footy field every Saturday. In fact he'd been sentenced to 6 months prison in November 2004 for assault so was only just out. A bit stupid doing it at Court too - kind of contemptuous even if many people applauded the guy. Was her subconscious trying to tell the interviewer something, a freudian slip? I hope the Judge takes Capill's lack of genuine remorse into account, as fully as he/she is able under the sentencing guidlines. |
