| 662679 | 2008-04-25 23:34:00 | For a friend who has eye problems.. Using XP pro and IE 7. The problem is that when he opens OE and tries to type in an email the cursor starts half way down the page and will not go to the top. So anyone receiving an email from him always has the half the page blank. Appreciate any help for him as I can't help..Ron.. |

| 662681 | 2008-04-27 02:32:00 | Thanks for the reply. There is nothing showing at all on the top half of the page. I thought this would be something simple and that he had pushed the wrong button some how, but appears not to be..Cheers Ron.. | Ron24 (337) | ||
| 662682 | 2008-04-27 03:07:00 | The only way that can happen is if he is using the Enter key to move around from To Subject and then to the text area. If he is holding down the enter key the cursor will move down the page. I suggest he does not use the enter key or make sure he just presses it once. Or Just click where he wants to type or perhaps just use the Tab key to move to the different areas but again impress on him that it should only be pressed once quickly, don't hold it down. |
