| 373453 | 2005-07-19 10:53:00 | I have a DVD writer that does not work. Some of you may have read my post in the other room about it. I want it to die a horrible and painful death so I can get at least some joy out of having bought it. I want to kill it off and take a movie so I can enjoy it's death many times over. I need some suggestions of how to kill it. So far I have decided to get a mate to hurl it from his bike into a fence post at top speed while I record the video. (this will all take place on private land, and all remains will be properly disposed of). Can anyone beat this? By the way I have already used a shotgun, a .22, and fire to kill off other useless pieces of crap that stop working for me, so I don't need suggestions down these lines... |

I can't believe you have given up hope already. :horrified Making 10 consecutive coasters shows extraordinary faith and persistence, but if you have thrown in the towel, why not give it to somebody else who can't afford to buy a DVD burner, much less afford the luxury of destroying one that may very well have absolutely nothing wrong with it. Which do you reckon would be travelling faster, from the bike, or from a bridge? My mate can do 200km/h on his bike, so I reckon this would be the most explosive impact. | craig.b (6571) | ||

If your mate can hit a fencepost with a DVD burner while travelling at 200km/h (and stay on the bike while doing so) it would be a flaming miracle.
