Don't want to spoil your guessing fun - but if someone publishes the correct names & seems to know what they're talking about, they can be charged with contempt of court without having been anywhere near the court. Judges get cross about such things. They demand sources. It can get complicated. (Well, that's how I remember it from my reporting days. Winston will no doubt correct me if I'm wrong..?) And I don't think IDG would be very cheerful about receiving a court order to hand over your details, either. |
