| 662477 | 2008-04-25 06:18:00 | I'm another one suddenly having Youtube problems since upgrading my ZoneAlarm Pro subscription. The error message is "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player". I have the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player so it must be my Javascript settings. I've checked all ActiveX and Javascript settings I can find in IE's Tools/Options/Security (following Microsoft's advice) and enabled just about everything, but no go. I've checked the ZoneAlarmPro settings and can't find anything untoward in there. Have tried several system restores but can't find a point that the system will restore to successfully. Any ideas anyone? |

| 662480 | 2008-05-05 04:50:00 | I had exactly the same error message come up when trying to view a video in You Tube. I finally looked in Y/T help and found this; www.google.com I had to completely uninstal the Flash Player, and then reinstal the most recent version. Problem fixed. Smithie |
