662292 2008-04-24 23:20:00 Hey i just put in 4 Gb of ram
2x 1GB DDR2
1x 2GB DDR2

But my pc is only reading 3.5GB

My OS: Vista Ultimate 32bit
Mobo: GIGABYTE S-series GA-P35-DS4 (it supports 8GB System Memory)

Any help with is will be appreciated

32bit OS's can only "see" 3.5Gb of ram.
Unfortunately thats how it is.

Would i be able to run up 2 date games on vista any better than xp?

662299 2008-04-25 07:18:00 You should be able to run many up to date games. Just don't try Supreme Commander: FA with everything on high. Or Crysis for that matter. Otherwise, you should be fine. Make sure aa is not at a crazy setting (eg 16x aa) SPARTAN 860 (2618)
