Basically you fess up that you've got a pirated copy and they replace it for you.... No fingering needed. (Windows XP, Office, Publisher, etc) You just sign up for them on their website and they post the CDs, took about 2 days flat. Never bothered to load them, as I run them as fully purchased versions anyway. Was interested in how long it would take I guess, they were very responsive. The even phoned up a couple of weeks later to see if I was happy with the software. |
