They have to exercise daily discipline, we see the big picture and do the hard decision making. We see the damage that the teachers don't, read the counsellor's reports, see the demeanour and attitude of the offenders, hear their explanations, excuses and justifications and above all, we read the victim reports. Some are sad enough to make you weep. You cannot believe how malicious, vicious and downright cruel kids can be, especially the girls. I say again, if it was your child that was harmed you'd be up in arms and demanding that the school do something, preferably involving boiling oil. However, from the tenor of your comments I suspect that if your child was the offender you'd be moving heaven and earth to try and show that he/she is a poor misunderstood waif who was only joking and the victim has no sense of humour. I've seen enough bleeding-heart parents whimpering about their poor misunderstood little genius to last me a lifetime. One parent was so pathetic that the misunderstood little genius actually got embarrassed and told them to shut up, he'd speak for himself! He did, and took it on the chin, which saved his sorry arse and he lived another day. If you have experience in this area, tell us about it and then we can take you seriously, otherwise go play in the traffic. It's a tough world out there for teachers, and cellphones are an unnecessary addition to their problems. Billy 8-{) I didn't bother reading all that. If you take it to school for vehciular purposes (which I think is most likely BS anyway, but whatever floats your boat) then leave it in the car glovebox/boot/centre console.
