374886 2005-07-25 03:54:00 Some of our staff have some "Telecom" Nokia's and their batteries are crap too.

My Hyundai TX95c also had a bad battery. I now have "HBT-3091L" battery and it lasts for days if not a whole week or more.

i was getting to that,i had school you know :p

anyway the solution . . . . .
go to the menu page ->settings ->sounds-> alerts -> low signal -> off

that should do it

buying an aftermarket battery is also a good investment for your phone . the standard ones just dont last

374892 2005-07-26 08:54:00 i have 'em turned off and phone runs as best as it can. they are alerts that tell you when something happens. i think the alerts are rubbish, in matter of fact this whole phone is rubbish  cant wait till i get my new phone (i got outbidded on the auction for this other phone , maybe next time)

turn them off and it should solve your problem.

374894 2005-12-13 04:34:00 I have this phone and i've found it satisfactory so far. Far better than my Samsung N391, the software is so buggy.

As for the vibrate problem, if you press the volume buttons on the side, the highest setting is high and vibrate. Also if you have it set to ettiquite mode, then it vibrates. to turn this off hold down the * button (at the main screen).
