| 663181 | 2008-04-28 01:47:00 | I was presented this one to clean out/remove personal data & software for resale. It went quite well for an older unit. It had quite a variety of third party software on it & toyed with the idea of reformatting as I had all the original disks at my disposal. I opted to uninstall & see how it worked out. Several programs asked for reboot, one of them being Nortons & I just let it go as I wasn’t in a hurry. Then it failed to boot, just stopped with the power light on & no activity. Held the power switch till light went off. Tried again, makes sound like something trying to start then just the power light. Have tried another HD & another battery with no change. |
