663097 2008-04-27 10:19:00 Hi Team

I have just finished entering 800 data values into a spreadsheet and now find that I should have displayed the series indicators in a line across the top and the values in each series vertically in columns. I had a small amount of data like this once before and found a way to swap it around more or less automatically if I recall correctly, but for the life of me I can't remember how I did it or find the tool I used to do that.

At present I have 80 lines and 10 columns instead of 10 lines and 80 columns!

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Select the area concerned, select menu option Edit > Copy, Edit > Paste Special > tick the 'Transpose' option > etc etc etc.....

Apologies for the etc etc etc part but I figured if I pointed you in the right direction then you would get the rest without me having to labour the point.

Cheers
