378123 2005-08-04 07:28:00 Thats because you need to assume the position, Screw up your face, lean foward, hold a hand around your throat and say CAT,but do it as guttural as possible....

And do it in the middle of a dinner party

378124 2005-08-04 09:52:00 Spelling: My dictionary says both spellings are acceptable. Womans Weekly?
What's wrong with that Laura?

Anyway why isn't there a spell checker on this Forum?

378125 2005-08-04 09:57:00 Rather than speculating, why don't we wait until the evidence is in and the Court case is over?

I was not there so I can't say what happenend and whom said what to whom.

378128 2005-08-04 22:05:00 I suppose a few hardened drinkers must have woken up in the afternoon to find a cat on the pillow beside them?

Personally I'm not a cat person, but for other non-catters the equivalent might possibly be waking up with a dog on the pillow beside you.

At least you can ask the dog to get dressed and go home.

Cheers

Looks as though my scorn for the content of today's women's glossies has stuffed up my memory also.

Sorry, Jack.
I could've sworn the mag I used to read (when it featured lots more than people famous for being famous) was aimed at multiple womEn - not just one womAn.
So I guess your spelling was correct, after all.

I subscribe to several magazines, but am much too mean to pay that price for such a brief read. And although Helen can afford it, I'm sure her reading tastes run higher.
Unless she's on the cover, of course. No politician would turn that publicity down...

(But she doesn't spell Clark with an e)

378130 2005-08-05 13:48:00 What speed do you think the presidential motorcade travels at in America? My guess is they don't like to drive round at slow speeds. Makes for a good sitting duck. vapo (5203)

Fortunately these people are not above the law here.

I know she would like to be,but that is different to her being so.
