| 665341 | 2008-05-03 11:57:00 | I'd be more inclined to figure out precisely WHY your international web-traffic is bad. Reminds me of a couple of my workmates changing ISPs every 2-3 months coz they thought each was bad... I told them right from the start it wasnt the ISP's fault! I'm very close to my local exchange, as are a couple of friends (Same exchange). When one of us is having a "bad night", all of us find we are... all of us are on different ISPs (One Xtra, one Ihug, one Orcon and one Xnet). |
