A buisness will go bust through a lack of cash or funds, irrespective of how good (or bad or non-existent) the accounting system is. Before we launch into more tax / GST advice I suppose we should ask if this is a business or a hobby. The question is probably redundant because I suspect the OP intends to make money from this.
