Certainly a paper towel wipe does the trick with my plastic omelette thingy for the microwave. I do know that immediate cold water helps with cleaning poachers, as hot water merely hardens the egg protein. (Sad that Cicero hasn't learned that the way to a woman's heart may well be not only through the quality of the poached eggs, but the cleaning capabilities of the chef) |

| 380107 | 2005-08-11 10:12:00 | I was walking in Ponsonby, Auckland tonight and I passed "Milly's" on ponsonby road (near Jervois Road/Ponsonby Road intersection) and happened to look inside the window, and what did I see? You guessed right - stainless steel poachers! Had about 5 or 6 poachers in the pot. Didn't see how much it costed, but perhaps now u have the company name and address, you could ring them up and ask? Hope this helps. |
