It is an insult to Cristianity, an example of where once again "Gods will" is redefined and misused to justify the politics of hatred. Hitler was a well documented example of another charismatic leader who used the same concept. George Bush is using it now. So are the "terrorist leaders" who see all westerners as part of the machine they seek vengence against. The Destiny Church is both a sad and a dangerous force. It will keep people from working for issues that matter by keeping people fighting against each other. |

So which Political party or parties will you vote for come September? Being as you aren't soft in the head you could maybe advise those of us who are. Are you suggesting that some political parties don't have spin doctors etc? If so then which takes your fancy? I am inclined to give a party vote to NZ First and my other vote to Labour. At least I'm prepared to say on which side of the fence I'm sitting. Are you? Labour has annoyed me by getting rid of the Privy Council, Air Force, and making laws that make civil unions legal. Having said that. National has not yet given the people their tax policy among other things so far. I want law and order, health & education to be the major issues. I'm also rather tired of the political correctness we have here. We are almost in a dictatorship now. No different to people being banned on this forum for saying what's on their minds. Do you actually believe ANY party when it comes to what they will actually do having acheived being the Gonvernment? Several questions there Metla. These are the ones with a question mark at the end. Waits to be banned once more. |

Aside from that, The thread is about the Destiny Church,its leader and its followers,and whether or not they are seen as a positive or negative force in NZ, Its pretty easy to comprehend if you think about it, No specific mention of its political side or politics has been mentioned so I fail to see your logic in throwing your fishing attempts my way.. |

Your vote is none of my business. Based on the above though I would think that if you are not going to vote for any "pollie" then you have to accept the Government as it is formed and you should not have the right to complain. Probably the Destiny Church may be a positive force in NZ. I will not be voting for them anyway. The only reason I think that way is I believe in moral values. They look a little like Nazis to be and that's why I won't vote that way. I wont vote for ACT or the Greens either. Your POLL and comments make it quite clear that you are against the Destiny anyway. I am not trying to fish as you put it. |
