| 665907 | 2008-05-04 20:39:00 | For no reason I can find my modem appears to have stopped working. It wont dial and I get an error message saying Error 692 your modem (or other device) is not responding because of the following: The modem is turned off, malfunctioning, or is not securely connected to your computer. Ive had a look in device manager which says that everything is OK and gone through the Windows troubleshooting guide but with no luck Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks JR |
