| 665506 | 2008-05-03 12:38:00 | I came again by a hope to solve my problem,may be due to lack of skill and unaware about a thing will be goes wrong.I was trying to solve since last morning and now was gone 10 hours,but still nothing. Look to two this words-" DocmentViewer and Micrisoft.NET Frame ".How they may appeared and take out them because my PC anable to log off. May be there are special tools to purchase to solve them. Thank you. |

| 665507 | 2008-05-03 21:50:00 | Do you have a HP printer? If so, then DocumentViewer is part of the software that comes with it. Try uninstalling DocumentViewer using the Add/Remove software and then download the latest software and drivers for your printer from HP (www.hp.com). Alternatively, you could try reinstalling the software and drivers from the HP CD that came with the printer. | Jen (38) | ||
