382133 2005-08-19 01:26:00 Any building experts here? This question will probably boggle the imagination... we're buying a new house which has just recently been built, and I'm looking at the LIM report from Manukau City Council. In one section is an approval stamp from Manukau Water, but there's a notation below it which says Bidet High Hazard. What the hell??? Greg (193)

382136 2005-08-19 03:44:00 A lim report will only show you if things have a council permit, Not if all is well. Get a builders report which is better. pctek (84)

But blimey, we've done everything possible to get the relevant stuff... comprehensive LIM (includes everything that Council has on the property), professional valuation and builder's report. The place passed in every respect with flying colours. Greg (193)
382138 2005-08-19 03:54:00 Bidet High Hazard Of course the damn thing could be just to high and they're frightened that you or Mrs Greg will fall off it. Scouse (83)

Nah the little Gregs might drown in it, the dog will drink out of it and it will probably leak, causing the house to rot and fall down.

382140 2005-08-20 08:43:00 You've probably figured this out but ask the Council. Its their record so it must mean something. Winston001 (3612)
