I'd much rather patch my computer (apple and Linux fans, yuo have to do this too) than wait forever with windows 95 while MS are working on a totally security flaw free windows vista |

2005-08-16 06:48:00 | There is some idiot out there with something like "MacOSX users are too stupid to use a mouse with more than one button" in his signature. He's much worse than that guy in the article you cited. | vinref (6194) | |

2005-08-16 14:31:00 | Theres a bug in my Linux system.... Only one, but a bug is a bug is a bug.... If i click on a link in my email messages using evolution as my email client the message window scrolls down rather than opening the link in the browser.. To overcome this i must right click on the link, and select "open link in browser" Shall i take this dudes example, and deal with this outrage as he would? Perhaps i should start a website to complain? Perhaps i should sue someone? My software isn't perfect and i want it to be.... wahhhhhhhh!!!!! :p :D :illogical :groan:

2005-08-16 20:08:00 | I think the author of the article got it with this "................appears to be a few cards short of a full deck". Sure we all grizzle about about microsoft but are we that serious. I would challange anyone to write as a many lines of code without foreseeing every possible security hole or bug. If code were to alpha and beta tested to that extent, We wold all still be using DOS

2005-08-16 21:49:00 | "MacOSX users are too stupid to use a mouse with more than one button" While stupidity is by no means a subgroup exclusive of to mac world.. I must admit i know a macuser who is terrified of the concept of using more than one button. They are out there! Consider the PC user who wrote "click" according to the instructions, or the PC user who searched for the "any" key and panicked when he couldn't find it. Stupidity is found in the users of all operating systems. Stupidity is found in people. Consider the Linux user who panicked, reformatted and reinstalled his whole system twice because updating "hid" his email program (Kmail) in a suite (Kontact) along with notes, calender etc. D'oh......... :o :p
