Compare this basis: Should we let the nation be run solely by one person because they are totally capable of doing everything themselves? Rather this: people can learn from others, anyone who thinks there ideas by themselves will overcome greater numbers of people may be facing a not always but generally true innaccuracy. |

| 382683 | 2005-08-21 05:59:00 | one for the spca would be good or one for lost pets, Plod good ideas... I started volunteering with PetsOnTheNet.co.nz to try and develop a lost and found system but they said I had to not just volunteer but make everything I developed solely the property of pets on the net... I said it could benefit others and that was unfair, they lost interest at that point saying unless I gave them exclusive rights they didn't want it. Communications have since failed. Because of this I started www.pets.org.nz (http://www.pets.org.nz) awesome idea though plod, i hope pets.org.nz lost and found, made to Royal New Zealand And Auckland SPCA information standards may help, if people will try and use it and promote it. |

How about one that helps people become literate and learn correct English Grammar and the gain the ability to sting together intelligible sentences. |

PJYou obviously haven't seen many of this guys threads then. CreightonBrown seems to thrive on seeking attention by posting inane ideas, crackpot theories, and largely unintelligible posts. Try following the links in his posts such as "chat.org.nz" where you find: If the php/MySQL+Flash system will allow i will code it so people can download all the chat logs of when the enter the room/s until they leave. This is the way it should be not the NZ Dating $180.00 To spend what they said via email is a 20 minute job to recovery chat logs and the same site claiming what a good profit venture it was [which is against Privacy act Standards - you can only charge your normal rate]. An ideal system would be encoded in such a way people could recover all there logs and, seeing as the logs belong to them, do with them as appropiate. This all stems from someone being mean to him on NZDating. From reading his posts, it seems that just about everything he's tried so far he's fallen out with the people involved. |
