Also where is the best place to download Avast for free? Avast Home is free (avast.com) But you do have to register it often (avast.com) If you're asking how to get Avast Pro for free, (You can download it, but Pro isnt free forever) read the forum rules. Is this easy to download, setup and use?? Yup just install it, say no when it asks to scan during startup, it used to hang. Its got more in it, than the basic free version of AVG. If you need to get rid of AVG what is the best way - through add/remove programmes?:help: Thats the only way, (thats how youre meant to uninstall / remove any program). DONT delete its folder to remove it, it will make things worse, if you do. |
