To avoid confusion. Here the actual download speed is 7,100 kbps. Which translates into real-world download speeds of around 700 - 800 kb/s. |

Don't know what school you went to but it is normal to show kilo-bytes per second as KBps note the capital B . kb/s Kbps and kbps all indicate kilo-bits per second |
