| 666978 | 2008-05-21 20:58:00 | alright, i just finished fixing the items you guys said to. and i ran the both RougeRemover and Trojan Remover. im looking at the Add/Remove screen and i see: J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 1 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6 J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9 Java(TM) 6 Update 2 Java(TM) 6 Update 5 Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1 are these the versions of Sun Java i need to uninstall? Yup. Uninstall all of them. Theyre all out of date. You should only have one version of Java installed. |

| 666980 | 2008-05-25 05:17:00 | ok, in IE, goto tools, internet options, advanced (its a tab) then at the bottom, there is a reset button, click it. This should fix your IE problems. If not, then you probably still have malware on your system. |
