| 666637 | 2008-05-07 07:47:00 | From memory it was version 20 that had the fault - but it was updated within the day, so far its up to 22, and I have had no problems what so ever on Vista & Vista SP1 or XP. | wainuitech (129) | ||
| 666638 | 2008-05-07 08:03:00 | Couldn't agree More - I have Comodo on a couple of PC's that I have here & load it on customers PC's, I'm lucky ( or unlucky depends on how you look at it) if I get ONE pop up a week. Old story - Learn to use the software BEFORE rubbishing it - as for networking - NEVER had a problem because I went into the settings and SET THEM. Plenty of people here use comodo, and plenty can advice on how to set it - simply ask. Digby - it couldn't be easier - You are joking aren't you when you say Mustn't have looked very hard- Step 1 open Comodo -Click on Firewall button (www.imagef1.net.nz) - next go to Network Settings (www.imagef1.net.nz) Step 3 Alter the setting to what ever your net work uses (www.imagef1.net.nz) Step 4 Click Apply. There is no no network settings button although I have configured manually once I can't remember how to do it now. Lol |

Lol The earlier versions didn't have that network setting button (from Memory) but the interface now does as shown in the Pictures. I cant remember when they changed the interface - speedy may remember when they changed it , I know he has used it for quite some time. Its dead easy - I went to a customers house late today and asked him to locate the network settings in Comodo - he found them instantly - and this is from a person who knows very little about computers, even going as far as nothing about Comodo. |
