383199 2005-08-23 22:13:00 Nah, I don't think they'll follow....

Don't you guys remember the promo at the start of the year, where the max you pay max $4 for half an hour? OK, if you're on prepay, that'll be paying max of 8mins for half an hour...

But it's not that different from Telecom's, and they didn't follow Vodafone then, so why should Vodafone do the reverse?

You never know...Different company reacts differently.I do find that the free text weekends was a bit slow to introduce. We were all dead before it came out

383201 2005-08-31 00:13:00 Well Well WellSaw that advert in the paper. I'm on Smellycom and I aint complaining... its the end users who will benefit...

If only vodafone did internet access too, things might be a little better :annoyed:

383202 2005-08-31 04:08:00 Well, guess I'm wrong....

Competition is always good!

Now, why can't they do the same for broadband?

383203 2005-08-31 05:07:00 Vodafone has now followed telecom.

I rung 777 and it said that people who are vodafone can now call to any 021 or land line number during weekends or off peak talk up to two hours and pay only 3 mins of talking

Heres the site

Heh.. I have a vodafone work phone, and we are on TalkZone0. This means that calls between people at work cost *nothing*. So those 2 hour phone support calls from remote offices.. all on the cellphone.
