382910 2005-08-22 09:24:00 I would guess maybe video games had a little to do with it, but I don't think video games are that much of a problem with good parents, or even teachers at school that are anti-violence. As long as children are taught that violence is actually bad, harmful, and not acceptable then I don't think violent games will make much of a difference.
Then again, I am not really sure :p

Ah, well. I do think that they are desensitising, or however you spell it.

New Scientist is a science news magazine, not a refereed journal. I'd still trust its science news more than that of Popular Science. Graham L (2)

Yes. PopSci has been little more than a commercial front / thinly cloaked advertisements. Nevertheless, it can be fun to read and see all the fancy new toys.
