382362 2005-08-20 06:14:00 I want the battle tank one so then i can shoot/shock cats that come on my property to cr@p.
I only glanced at the catalogue the other day, but as I remember it this was not possible. It was a battle tank, that when it received a direct hit (from the other battle tank) your remote control would shock you.

So unless you can strap the remote control to the kitty.

382363 2005-08-20 06:25:00 I can make a taser out of a disposable camera (they have a powerful cap)... does that mean we should ban disposable cameras while were at it. lets add certain types of fertiliser for some of their more dubious purposes to the list.

Its not toys or objects that kill people, people kill people.

382364 2005-08-20 23:54:00 How very very odd thing to say? , Just pull out last Thursday NZ Herald and you will get all the "documented evidence" you will need, don't tell me you mist that information from my orginal posting, maybe even the city library has a copy, by the way last Thursday was Thursday the 18th August 2005

You should back up your claim by documented evidence, otherwise it is worthless.

Could you please provide relevant proof of the state of illegalness of electric shocking people.

382367 2005-08-21 01:00:00 Perhaps, ERR you should understand the level of "electrical shock" that these toys are capable of producing before getting too emotive .

Its usually feeble and in many people will be undetectable .

There are regulations as to what voltage and current can be delivered by such devices, if you know that these devices are in breach of those regulations then please send your proof and concerns to the Electrical Safety Service .

IT IS STILL ILLEGAL TO GIVE ANYONE ELSE A ELECTRICAL SHOCK I think if you read what you quoted, you'll see that i noted that these devices are intended to only zap the willing self, not others.

Perhaps i might add that from my point of view electriction is electricution, be it BBQ HT-line worker, or a mild annoyance from this kind of toy.

also: heres the Kdictionary definition of masochistic
masochistic
adj : deriving pleasure or sexual gratification from being abused
or dominated [ant: sadistic]
What i implied, to make it plain, is that anyone buying a toy to electricute themselves is perhaps a little bent?
