667896 2008-05-10 06:04:00 Hi,can anyone tell me how to remove "Uniblue RegistryBooster 2" I tried it & it's toooslow, but It doesn't have a uninstal facility with it & I've tried to delete it but nothing happens, I've also used "Add remove Programs" as well, where do I go from here, & can anyone suggest a free optimizer that works as my system needs Optimizing so I've been told by "Auslogic Defrag".
thanks for you future help.

667897 2008-05-10 06:08:00 Download ccleanerfrom here (http://www.ccleaner.com/) and use it's uninstall feature under tools that should do it, it is a great free registry cleaner highly recommended on this forum.

667898 2008-05-10 06:19:00 I use a program called RegCure.

I find it pretty good, used it once and it made my computer start up much faster as there was too much junk in my computer that it did actually get rid off.

667899 2008-05-10 06:25:00 In addition to ccleaner, I also use other registry cleaners, e.g. clean my registry (smartpctools.com), Eusing free registry cleaner (www.eusing.com) and a few others, which have picked up surplus reg entries... kahawai chaser (3545)
667900 2008-05-10 06:59:00 RegCure you need to be very careful off. And it may just stop items from loading at start up rather than actually cleaning your registry. beeswax34 (63)

667903 2008-05-10 09:53:00 Always found Add-Remove pro (www.soft32.com) does a reasonable job of ripping out programs that seem to want to stay. wainuitech (129)
