| 384426 | 2005-08-29 03:22:00 | I think the family values as such have deteriorated so badly because of the destruction of the family unit causing the degraded and defiled social creeds that are so prominent today . . It takes a fool to not notice that there were many societies that withered away when the family became corrupted, extinct or not responsible for their offspring . Take Ancient Rome . . . take Greece, take the Medo-Persian empire . There are vestiges of these world powers left whimpering in their death-throes, but they lost it all because the family is the single most powerful unit in the world . Gads! They were world leaders and in control of the whole known world at their times! Looking to more modern societies, we have the dual Anglo-American dominance . It too has had the beginnings of (if not the full blown birth pains of) the society they have screwed up so badly, going stillborn into the royal crapper . We see the loss of family unity in the great societies of Japan, Germany, the Latin Countries and China . They all are corrupted by western morals and degraded value of life issues . That the leaders are all walking about like drunks . . . making really dumb and stupid mistakes that seem on the surface, things that no THINKING person would make, should cause one to think . . 'What upbringing did (insert a world leader's name here) have? It's the family at fault . . . they let it happen because of the "It takes a village" mentality . . . push the kids off onto someone else for education, morals and philosophy . |
