| 1426456 | 2016-09-24 23:57:00 | Hi, Of late I have had hours at a time when microsoft will not remember the basic password to get into the e mail program--- although I had no trouble starting the initial start up of the day in the turning on and starting W10--but from then on a window appears saying the server has not recognised the password Yesterday I spent three hours trying, then all of a sudden I was in- without any input from me---why? Today four hours with the password in place it once again will not enter so I have to go into the internet and have no trouble with the password Can I set this to "no password required? or even better how can I prevent this nonrecognition effie c |

| 1426458 | 2016-09-25 00:33:00 | Hi W T, I am now trying Windows Outlook as my e mail program over Windows Live mail--- but before I can get win outlook I have to enter a password which was successfully used yesterday and has to be accepted by the program before I can use say xtra or windows hotmail account password which bounces,-- I appear to have succeeded entering G mail mail and using it in this new program but xtra and hotmail keep asking for a password which is rejected until the Microsoft apps accepts the allocated password-- which it will not today but did yesterday effie c |
