| 1423943 | 2016-08-02 06:51:00 | Why do some people wear American baseball caps? They offer no protection and certainly don't look any good. But not only that - why do some of these people wear them back to front? Weird. I can't see any reason for wearing them at all, let alone backwards. So why do they wear them? |

| 1423945 | 2016-08-02 07:26:00 | They keep the sun out of your eyes, which is what they are designed for. They also help prevent a burnt nose for fair skinned people like myself, If you wear glasses they keep the glare off the lenses and stop a little bit of water if it starts raining, and some people just like them. Also there are many pointless items of clothing that people wear just because they want to, nothing wrong with that. Baseball caps do offer some protection whether you believe it or not. Why do people wear ties? they serve no purpose and could be dangerous. What purpose do collars serve? What difference does it make what colour your socks are? And most importantly what does it matter to you what anyone else likes to wear. I have many things I consider foolish, so I just don't wear them myself. Baggy oversized pants and visible boxers? just stupid. Baseball cap, Hoody, and sunglasses regardless of weather? makes you look like you're hiding and are likely a criminal (ok I do disapprove of anyone wearing that particular combo) |

| 1423948 | 2016-08-02 10:27:00 | I wouldn't worry about it. Fashions and trends come and usually go as soon as it is no longer 'cool'. That's not to say they won't re-emerge again with a new generation. Years ago it was the trend to wear a button to the neck cardigan backwards. I wore mine to the office one day and my boss hooted with laughter saying "You've got your cardigan on back to front". My trendy niece was looking through some old photographs taken in her teenage goth phase and said to her mother, "why did you let me go out looking like that"? |

I'm thinking of baggy flannels, drain pipe trousers, Italian flares, then tight bums that nearly cut one in two and so on. :nerd: Edit: Back to baseball caps........... modular4kc.com |

Just what I was going to say. Ties, stupidest thing ever. Baggy pants - so you can show off your undies when arrested and wrestled to the ground, LOL. Women who put a cardy on without their arms through the sleeves. High heel shoes. Leg warmers. Loads of dumb clothing things. |

| 1423952 | 2016-08-03 04:19:00 | Why do people wear ties . I cant see the point. Why buy nice $100 shoes, $20 gumboots do a much better job. Why buy expensive shirts when a $10 t-shirt does the same thing In fact, imagine the savings if everyone had the exact same generic clothes . baseball cap: it keeps the sun off my face. Yes , it does actually do its job . It also keeps the bright lights out of my eyes indoors , so yep, I wear a baseball hat indoors at night. Also good for hiding the bald spot = real reason most wear em :-) |
