and if you do uninstall it, run the Norton removal tool after to make sure the remnants are removed

No problems except youre missing 9 months worth of security, reliability and quality updates to Windows 10

And eventually because you're choosing not to keep up to date Windows 10, v1511 (at a guess, hopefully you're not on v1507) will become completely unsupported by Microsoft and there will be no patches even if you did want them.
