| 668462 | 2008-05-12 05:08:00 | Hi there, i recall some mention somewhere about Samsung lcd panels. that is, by looking at the serial numbers you can ascertain where the panel (not the monitor) was manufactured. and apparently some are 'good' and some are 'bad'. does anyone know the story with this one?? many thanks! |

| 668463 | 2008-05-12 09:40:00 | If you have a 226BW or a 2232BW there are a few manufacturers that Samsung used for the panel. But in all reality, if you are pleased with how it looks, no reason to go through possibly a very long winded process of trying to return it for another.
