668476 2008-05-12 03:34:00 Have loaded XP service pack 3 and on boot up I am getting two dialogue boxes referring to wlanapi.dll I click the boxes "öut"and there doesn't seem to be any problem with the rest of the boot up and operation.

Ideas for a cure of this annoyance would be appreciated. Googling only seems to refer to a vista problem with this and I am not going there!

Thanks

Running XP Home S/pack 3 loaded

668477 2008-05-12 03:35:00 Sounds like a driver file for a wireless LAN device is conflicting with something, as a guess.

Do you have wi-fi on this PC? Try uninstalling the device and looking for updated drivers, if you do.
