Whatever your feelings about the US, George W Bush or whatever, the damage wreaked by Katrina is unbelievable and you have to feel for the families who are homeless, and have little prospect of returning to normal life for months, if not years . The real reason the thousands of Katrina victims are not being helped, imho, is simple ineptnitude, stupidity, of the USA government . Same goes for Pearl Harbour and 9/11: the inability to consider an attack on the USA, by a country, terrorists, or Nature . If Bush had some of his family there, as victims, by God he would make things happen, fast . But Bush cannot be the only one blamed - he is no dictator - what about neighbouring states and the many other disaster agencies? Why did not someone deliver insulin, baby formula, water, etc . , soon after the winds died down? Surfer Joe, what do you think? |

The damage caused by Katrina was allowed to worsen considerably by the oilmen, who needed another excuse to increase and justify the price . The US oil reserves are considerable but by law, the volume is kept secret . So the public can be told any old story about problems with oil supply, and they can't do anything about it . The oilmen control the US government (in alternating shifts with automakers, Microsoft, Monsanto, MacDonalds, Disney and cattle-farmers) . |

LOL what a joke - they cant even take care of their own people... They send troops to "defend" the businesses and homes from looters - why are they looting? Cause they have nothing to eat or drink ***... USA sucks IMO... |
