Maybe add a menu or link bar (with say links to your profile/company - i.e. about us link) along the top. I think you should give a brief description of the native birds (probably get info on a NZ Govt. site). Maybe add links and images to the bird names to describe them, as overseas visitors might want to know. Visit other NZ similar sites for ring tones and birds to get ideas for layout, relevant links, etc. I would use Google Analytics or webmaster tools to track stats - such as visitor source, no. of hits, keywords used, etc. This will help you target and optimize where you are getting most of your visits. From my own experience, for most new sites you need to actively promote it (add links in forums, comments on similar sites, add to directories/search engines - anywhere to leave a link) to attract reasonable numbers of visitors and to get them to come back...and to buy. Background colour is rather bright, especially with the red font colour - it looks garish at present. Adjust the table column widths to enable the description to fit on one line. This will tidy up the different row heights. |
