Maybe but say I had 2 friends who couldn't be bothered voting. I take their card and go vote as them - whats the difference? They didn't take my picture or fingerprints...

I noticed the same thing. When you present your card they just cross your name of their list without even asking for any other sort of ID. To be honest it does worry me a bit...

388883 2005-09-17 06:38:00 They could use a secure server and only have computer voting at the polling booths. The benefit is the votes would be counted in an instant and we'd know straight away who'd won. Paper is a waste of resources and time, there's a smarter way to do it. Sb0h (3744)
